GoldDigger

GoldDigger are a high-energy electro-rock girl band, who use music to communicate counter-cultural messages of hope through contemporary issue based songs.

Taking from the popular observational styles of P!nk, Little Boots and Kelly Clarkson, GoldDigger address issues such as teen pregnancy (Just Didn’t Think) Self harm (Hanging on) and media pressures (Media Rules) alongside giving positive messages about relationships (Emotional War/KFC) and finding true happiness through a relationship with God (Really Live).
Using live music, dance, visuals and a high impact stage show, GoldDigger will add energy, talent and professionalism to your event- leaving your audience wanting more.
Working with acclaimed producer and writer, Andy Baker (The Gentlemen, Philippa Hanna, The Steels), GoldDigger draw on an eclectic collection of influences, ranging from Blondie to Lady GaGa to create a truly unique and contemporary sound. With an electro pop-rock sound, GoldDigger have recently come into major critical acclaim, both with being rated in cross rhythms top 20 songs of 2008, alongside drawing large crowds at Spring Harvest, Space Liverpool, Adoration 09 and other major conferences and festivals.
The flip side to their high energy performance that they take to concerts and schools using their electro-pop tracks, is their beautifully chilled acoustic performance where their tight harmony and impressive songwriting talent really gets to shine through. Performing this set with live musicians across bars, cafes and churches in the UK, GoldDigger have built up a reputation as a band with a lot to say, and a fabulous way to say it!

GoldDigger also deliver sessions and seminars at events across the country. Specialising in girl’s ministry, GoldDigger can deliver seminars on a variety of topics, including self esteem, image, sex and relationships, fashion, being a girl of God etc. Drawing on their teaching from the acclaimed GoldDigger girl’s course “I’m the girl I want to be”, GoldDigger deliver professional, interactive teaching sessions that are relevant, inspiring and challenging to those who attend. GoldDigger also work with Secondary Schools and local councils, using music and their valuable teaching in RE, PSHCE and specialist days.
