For those of you who aren't quite sure what a Podcast is just yet - our latest audio content is published online, then, using a program like iTunes you can subscribe to our podcast, meaning anything new is downloaded to your computer automatically, and even loaded onto your MP3 player automatically!
If you have iTunes installed then simply click here and follow the instructions. If not you can download iTunes here http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/, or alternatively there are plenty of other programs you can use to recieve the podcast - such as Juice or Doppler. (To use these you may need to know the location of our Podcast RSS Feed which is - http:///podcast.rss).
